Fresh Dry Feet currently ships orders within the United States only.

Processing and delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after shipment. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. High order volume, carrier delays, and other circumstances may affect timing.

If your shipment is significantly delayed, we will contact you using the contact information provided with your order.

Rates and tracking

Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout. Review them before placing your order. After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Carrier tracking updates may take time to appear.

Damaged or missing shipments

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, contact us with your order number. Keep the packaging and any damaged items so the issue can be investigated with the carrier.
